How it works
We set up a short briefing call with someone from your team to understand the context and the decision you’re trying to make (typically the meeting owner or organizer, not necessarily the final decision maker).
We facilitate your meeting or workshop. We make sure the team’s expectations are aligned and explain how the process works, to set the team up for success.
We use the Chord platform to gather perspectives, resolve disagreements, and converge on findings, decisions, and actionable next steps.
Within 30 minutes of the session, we send an outcome record with key discussion points, and any final decisions made, assigned next actions, or remaining open questions.
Logistics
- We use your preferred video conferencing platform, and any other tools your team is used to.
- We adapt sessions to suit your organization’s existing practices. For example, if you want to start with a presentation or a doc read, we’ll structure the session around that.
- We never share information from your meeting with third parties or use your information to train AI models. All reasonable NDAs signed on request.
- Standard sessions are designed for up to 12 participants. (For larger sessions, see “bespoke workshops” below.)
- Usage of the Chord platform is included; no subscription required.
